Job summary

Junction 14 Mayfield in Monasterevin, Co.Kildare, is seeking a proactive Zambrero Supervisor to manage daily operations, coach staff and uphold top service standards. The role demands leading a positive team culture and delivering exceptional customer experiences across weekdays and weekends.

You will drive sales, manage rosters, monitor KPI progress, and maintain HACCP compliance while ensuring quality and safety in all food preparation and service activities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader role.
• Excellent HACCP hygiene knowledge and food safety.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to lead and motivate a team; maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Zambrero team and ensure the department maintains high quality, service and cleanliness.
• Train, develop and drive the team to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to the highest standard.
• Continuously introduce ideas to increase sales and standards.
• Roster shifts and take overall responsibility for the operation of Zambrero.
• Create a positive working environment and motivate the team to be fully competent.
• Achieve KPIs and targets; ensure HACCP documentation is up to date; excel in health and safety audits.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
