ACCA Careers invites driven graduates to join its Kerry Finance Graduate Programme, a permanent role beginning with a 3-year rotation across diverse Finance teams. You will be based in Kerry locations and may relocate across Europe as required, with substantial support for ACCA or CIMA qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate or soon‑to‑be graduate in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Sustainability, Mathematics, Engineering or Business Analytics and committed to completing a professional accounting qualification
• Committed to completing ACCA or CIMA with strong learning mindset
• Fluent in English; additional language beneficial

• Structure you will be hired on a permanent contract, beginning with a 3-year rotational programme. You will complete 3 rotations across different Finance teams.
• Location you will join one of our Kerry locations across Europe. Depending on your team and function, you could be based in Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland or Denmark. Please note that you may be required to relocate as part of your rotations; therefore we are seeking individuals who are internationally mobile.
• Professional qualification Completion of a professional accounting qualification is a mandatory component of the Kerry Finance Graduate Programme and a significant investment in your professional development. You will be fully supported through the qualification of your choice (ACCA or CIMA) and will complete the programme as a fully certified accountant!
