KPMG Ireland invites ambitious undergraduates in Cork to join its Autumn 2027 Audit Graduate Programme on a 3.5-year training contract, working toward ACA. From day one, you’ll be part of a team, learning how businesses operate while handling real client work.

You’ll receive coaching, dedicated study leave, and support to complete the ACA qualification, with a clear path to progression within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

About The Programme

As an Audit Graduate in Cork, you’ll join our Autumn 2027 intake on a 3.5-year training contract, working towards your chartered accountant (ACA) qualifications alongside a cohort of fellow graduates.

From day one, you’ll be part of a team, working with real clients and building an understanding of how businesses operate. Audit is about more than numbers - it’s about helping organisations build trust by making sure their financial information is accurate, reliable and meaningful.

You’ll work with some of Ireland’s most recognised businesses, including Aer Lingus, Barry’s Tea, SMBC Aviation Capital, Irish Ferries and many more.

• Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline
• On track for a minimum 2.1 college results
