Job summary

KPMG Ireland's graduate Infrastructure & Government programme offers hands-on experience on major projects that shape how people live, from transport to sustainability. You’ll work with engineers, economists and project specialists, using data and analysis to plan and deliver complex initiatives.

You’ll be supported to pursue ACA qualification with exam fees and study leave, receive coaching and mentorship, and benefit from hybrid working and a clear early-career path.

Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate student in final year of university (any degree).
  • On track for a minimum 2.1.
  • Demonstrates initiative through work or studies or extracurriculars.
  • Enjoys collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Work on major infrastructure projects shaping transport, energy and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with engineers, economists and project specialists to plan and deliver complex initiatives.
  • Apply data analysis and problem-solving to inform investment decisions and project outcomes.

About The Programme

As part of our Infrastructure & Government team, you’ll work on major projects that shape how people live — from transport and energy to sustainability initiatives. From day one, you’ll support real projects, using data, analysis and problem-solving to help plan and deliver complex infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with engineers, economists and project specialists, building skills across:

  • infrastructure investment and strategy
  • business case and cost-benefit analysis
  • commercial and procurement advisory

Build a broad skillset combining technical and commercial thinking, while working on projects that contribute to Ireland’s future infrastructure and climate goals.

Who we’re looking for
  • Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline
  • On track for a minimum 2.1 college results
  • Someone who shows initiative through work, study or extracurriculars
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
