Job summary

KPMG Ireland welcomes graduates to a structured 3.5-year training contract in Dublin, focusing on Finance, Transformation & Performance. You’ll work on technology and business transformation for financial services clients, building skills from day one with coaching and real-time feedback.

As a graduate you’ll learn ACA qualifications while contributing to client projects, with a clear progression path, hybrid working, and support from experienced mentors and peers.

About The Programme

As a graduate based in Dublin, you’ll engage in meaningful work in Finance, Transformation & Performance on a 3.5-year training contract, with a cohort of fellow graduates working towards their chartered accountant (ACA) qualifications. You’ll join a team that leads across technology and business transformation, working with financial services clients to solve complex challenges.

From day one, you’ll help organisations:

• Use data and business intelligence to make better decisions
• Improve processes and transform how their finance functions operate
• Design more efficient operating models

You’ll work on projects that balance performance (maximising value) and governance (protecting value), developing practical solutions to real business challenges.
