Kerry invites bright ICT interns to Naas, Ireland, for a full-time hybrid internship of 6–12 months. You’ll contribute to global ICT projects, learn practical problem-solving, and gain real experience across data, operations and infrastructure while collaborating with multiple business teams.

Qualifications

  • Studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related degree, on track for a 21 degree classification (or equivalent).
  • Curious about how a global business works and open to learning from those around you.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of your work while knowing when to ask for help.
  • Eager to explore AI and new technologies and use them to solve real challenges.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Copilot.
  • Clear in how you communicate with teammates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support global ICT transformation projects that drive smarter ways of working.
  • Assist and enhance business applications from data capture to analysis and reporting.
  • Work across specialist ICT teams including data, operations and infrastructure as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Procurement to align ICT with business goals.
  • Develop your skills through on-the-job learning and external training.

What You’ll Work On

As an ICT Intern based in Naas, you’ll join Kerry’s global ICT team, supporting business transformation projects that help our teams work smarter, faster and more effectively. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation, teamwork and practical problem-solving are at the centre of what we do.

  • Getting involved in global business transformation projects and seeing how digital solutions are developed, supported and implemented across Kerry.
  • Supporting and enhancing a range of business applications, from data capture through to analysis, reporting and presentation tools.
  • Depending on business needs and your interests, you could be placed in one of our specialist ICT teams, with opportunities across business systems, digital operations, data, service delivery and infrastructure — including Back Office, Front Office, Master Data Governance, Data Conversion, Service Delivery, Middle Office and Infrastructure.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Procurement, to understand how ICT supports Kerry’s day-to-day operations and long-term goals.
  • Building your functional skills and technical knowledge through on-the-job learning, external training and exposure to real ICT priorities.
