Job summary

KPMG Ireland's Graduate Programme offers real client projects from day one with support from the KPMG Business School to grow analytical and commercial skills. You'll work with engineers, economists and sustainability specialists on climate, decarbonisation and ESG projects, while receiving coaching and mentorship in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates are final-year undergraduates or master's students who are curious, motivated and ready to learn, with initiative and teamwork

About The Programme

From day one, you'll work on real client projects - researching industries, analysing data and helping shape insights that support key business decisions. You'll contribute to presentations, reports and models, take part in client meetings and quickly build the skills to make an impact. As you develop, you'll take on more responsibility leading smaller projects or parts of larger ones and working closely with both clients and your team. You'll join our Sustainable Futures team, working alongside engineers, economists and sustainability specialists on projects focused on climate change, decarbonisation and ESG strategy. Through hands-on experience and support from the KPMG Business School, you'll build a strong skillset combining analytical, technical and commercial thinking, while working on projects that help organisations plan for a more sustainable future.
