Job summary

KPMG Ireland is seeking a Deal Advisory Graduate in Dublin to join one of the country’s largest deal teams. From day one you will support real deals across M&A, infrastructure and advisory areas, gaining hands-on experience with leading clients and a wide range of transactions.

You will work with a team to develop skills, receive coaching, and progress through ACA qualification pathways in a structured graduate programme with hybrid working and strong development support.

About The Programme

As a Deal Advisory Graduate in Dublin, you’ll join one of the largest and most active deal teams in Ireland, working on some of the country’s most high-profile and complex transactions. From day one, you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting real deals — from mergers and acquisitions to major infrastructure projects — helping organisations make strategic decisions and shape their future. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, including leading corporates, global investors, banks and public sector organisations, giving you real insight into how deals are done. Our work spans M&A, M&A - energy transition sector focus, Debt Advisory, Valuations, Infrastructure, Sustainable Futures and Data Analytics, giving you the chance to explore different areas and build a broad skillset.
