Job summary

KPMG Ireland is offering a graduate programme in Dublin, joining Ireland’s largest Deal Advisory team. From day one, you’ll support major deals and turnaround projects, gaining exposure to corporate, banking and public sector clients under the guidance of a strong mentorship structure.

You’ll build core consulting and accounting skills, pursue ACA qualification with exam fees and learning time covered, and enjoy a hybrid work model with a supportive team and modern facilities.

• Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline
• On track for a minimum 2.1 college results
• Someone who shows initiative through work, study or extracurriculars

About The Programme

As a Graduate in Dublin , you’ll join Ireland’s largest Deal Advisory team, with 600+ professionals working on some of the country’s most high-profile transactions. From day one, you’ll gain experience supporting both major deals and business turnaround projects - helping organisations improve performance, restructure and rebuild for the future. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, including leading corporates, global banks, public sector organisations and private equity investors, giving you exposure to how complex deals and transformations happen in real time. As a recognised market leader, you’ll be part of a team shaping some of Ireland’s biggest business moments.
