Job summary

Frank Hogan Ltd. is seeking a Junior Service Advisor for our Dealership in Limerick. You will greet customers, handle face-to-face and phone inquiries, and strive for excellent customer satisfaction.

You will promote services and products, book appointments, and finalise costs for customers visiting the dealership for servicing, while maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer facing skills to create customer confidence by ensuring awareness of all products & services available.
• Professional; highest standards of courtesy & efficiency; enthusiastic.
• Computer literate - to be able to record / amend customer details accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm - to handle upset / demanding customers effectively.
• Accuracy in detailing customer requirements on job cards / invoice.
• To follow up and provide feedback to customers on the status of their vehicle.
• To ensure that all work requested has been carried out & charged for.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we now have a vacancyfor the above position in our prestigious Dealership in Limerick.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be confident andprofessional in dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone.You will strive for excellence in customer satisfaction at all times.

As well as having exceptional customer service skills, theideal candidate will have the ability to promote products and servicesconfidently and accurately book appointments and finalise costs for customerswho visit our dealership to have their vehicle serviced.
