Job summary

Frank Hogan Ltd in Limerick is seeking 1st Year Apprentice Technicians for our prestigious dealership in Limerick. A full, clean driving licence is essential and a permanent, full-time role is offered.

Full Training as required to manufacturer’s standards will be provided. On-site parking is available, and you must be able to commute from Limerick, County Limerick. Work location is in person.

Responsibilities

• Correct maintenance and repair of customer vehicles
• Check on the general condition of customer vehicles and the recording of details of faults which are not covered by the customer order form
• Testing for faults using suitable test methods and means in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer
• Complete all individual items on the repair order
• Observation of product quality and reporting of damage cases
• Assessment of the general safety and road-worthiness of vehicles
• Support of the other technicians
• Attending all internal and external training courses in accordance with the manufacturer requirements
• Practice Company methods and systems for customer care
• Comply with guidelines, instructions and conditions laid down for the workshop by the law and the manufacturer
• All other tasks that may be reasonably requested by management
• Full Training as required to manufacturer’s standards will be provided.

Under supervision do the following tasks:

• Correct maintenance and repair of customer vehicles
• Check on the general condition of customer vehicles and the recording of details of faults which are not covered by the customer order form
• Testing for faults using suitable test methods and means in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer
• Complete all individual items on the repair order
• Observation of product quality and reporting of damage cases
