ProSource Group, based in Dublin, seeks a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Dublin office. This role offers direct mentoring and a clear career path in the Construction & Civil Engineering recruitment sector across Ireland and Europe.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, nurture client relationships, and develop market knowledge while supporting candidates in securing opportunities. A long-term career trajectory is encouraged with growth into ownership of client desks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish for clients and candidates.

• Learn from experienced consultants and gain exposure to various areas of construction.
• Over time, build your own desk and take ownership of client relationships and placements.

About the Role

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, helping clients find the right candidates while supporting candidates in securing suitable opportunities.
• Building relationships with existing clients and developing new connections across the construction industry.
• Developing specialist knowledge of your market and using this to grow your network and contribute to the wider business.
• Working primarily with existing clients and established relationships, rather than focusing solely on cold outreach.
• Learning from experienced consultants and gaining exposure to different areas of the construction industry.
• Building your own desk over time, with the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships and placements.
