Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sandyford. The role suits an ambitious, confident person who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Ideal for someone with at least 1 year’s experience in an office-based sales or recruitment environment in Ireland who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will manage full 360 recruitment, develop clients, source and interview candidates, and benefit from training

Qualifications

• 1+ year in an office-based sales or recruitment environment in Ireland
• Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• People-facing background is highly considered
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Confident on the phone and with cold calling
• Organised, motivated, results-driven with attention to detail
• Sense of urgency

GPC is a specialist recruitment consultancy in Dublin with 25+ years’ experience in Ireland, the UK and internationally. We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sandyford.

This role suits an ambitious, confident person who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ideal for someone with at least 1 year’s experience in an office-based sales or recruitment environment in Ireland who is ready to take the next step in their career..

Role:

• The successful Recruitment Consultant will manage the full 360 recruitment process.
• Business development with new and existing clients
• Manage your own client database
• Source and interview candidates
• Creating job specifications for client’s roles.
• Receive full training and mentoring from senior consultants & the MD

Requirements:

• Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year in an office or recruitment environment in Ireland
• A background in a people facing role such as Sales, Recruitment Coordination, Hospitality, Education or Personal Training highly considered.
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure
• Strong people skills and communication (written & verbal)
• Confident on the phone and with cold calling
• Organised, motivated, results-driven, with strong attention to detail
• Have a strong sense of urgency
