Faithlegg is seeking a dedicated pastry professional to join our award-winning kitchen team in Waterford. You will support the pastry section, ensuring high standards and timely delivery of products for banqueting and fine dining experiences.

The role requires 3 years industry experience, a recognised pastry qualification, and a strong commitment to food safety. Availability for varied shifts and reliable transport are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in pastry/culinary roles, including banqueting and fine dining.
• Strong standards-driven approach.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Recognised qualification in pastry or culinary arts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pastry team to efficiently run the pastry section.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and Food Safety Regulations.
• Deliver products to standard and on time.
• Work varied shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Maintain clean, set-up and breakdown of designated area.
