Job summary

CACI Dublin, part of Crédit Agricole group, is seeking a junior IT Proximity Support specialist (VIE) to join the IT Proximity Team and support colleagues in Europe. The role focuses on resolving technical issues and learning new systems while collaborating with France-based teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in an IT helpdesk, strong communication, and a willingness to develop in Windows and Office environments.

Qualifications

• Excellent working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
• 1–2 years experience in an IT helpdesk or support team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support IT users and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn new systems and work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the IT Proximity Team and Crédit Agricole IT service provider, and cross-regional teams in France and Milan.
