Job summary

Crédit Agricole Assurances Dublin is seeking a motivated IT support professional to join the IT Proximity Team and collaborate with Crédit Agricole IT service providers and cross‑regional partners on daily operations and digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring strong communication, organisational skills and problem‑solving abilities, with French and English language proficiency and a Bac + 4/M1 level education.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Expertise in information systems, networking, cyber security or IT architecture is an advantage.
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data accurately.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems or asset management tools and knowledge of ITIL frameworks is an asset.
