Job summary

UPS is seeking a billing specialist to resolve invoicing discrepancies and educate customers on billing services. You will communicate with customers to solve billing issues, make adjustments as needed, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

This role starts with extensive on-site training in Citywest, then moves to a hybrid model combining on-site and remote work. The position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30, based in Citywest (Dublin 24).

Job Description: This position communicates with customers in order to solve billing issues while providing excellent customer service. This position resolves discrepancies on shippers’ invoices, researches billing issues, makes adjustments as necessary, educates customers on billing services UPS offers, and initiates contacts (cross-functional and external) to resolve billing problems. This position performs other tasks as necessary.

Below are some details on the role available:

• Working week Monday – Friday
• Full time 40 hours per week
• 8am -16.30pm
• Location – Citywest Dublin 24
• Working model – Hybrid 1 week per month on site in Citywest office & 3 weeks working from home in your Irish Location.
• Training – is a 4 weeks classroom-based training group on site in Citywest followed by an additional 4 weeks working on site before the option of Hybrid working model . so could on site full time for the first 8 weeks
