Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to solve billing issues.
• Resolve discrepancies on shippers' invoices and research billing questions.
• Educate customers on UPS billing services and processes.
• Initiate cross-functional and external contacts to resolve billing problems.
• Perform other tasks as necessary.
