Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Familiar with billing processes or invoicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and provide excellent service.
• Resolve discrepancies on shippers’ invoices and research billing questions.
• Educate customers on UPS billing services and options.
• Initiate cross-functional and external contacts to resolve billing problems.
• Perform other tasks as necessary.
