Job summary

UPS Ireland is seeking a billing and customer service specialist who will resolve billing issues and secure customer loyalty. The role requires handling credit/debit notes, answering inquiries by phone and email, and investigating systems to prevent errors.

Remote work may be possible as a hybrid model is established. Applicants should have at least one year in customer service; Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
• University education is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing documents and correct errors by issuing credit/debit notes.
• Raise the bar for customer service on the phone and via email.
• Support UPS by investigating our systems to prevent future billing inconsistencies.
• When confident, you can work remotely until the site adopts a hybrid model.
