Responsibilities

• IT Systems Support: provide hardware and software support to internal teams.
• Vendor & Systems Management: liaise with third-party providers for EPOS, inventory, website and digital channels.
• Data & Process Optimization: analyze system data and document SOPs.
• Cybersecurity & Data Protection: ensure data backups and security practices.
• Technology Innovation: champion IT adoption to keep the business at the forefront.
