Job summary

Stelfox Limited supports a Retail provider with multiple store locations across Ireland. We seek an IT Manager to own and improve the end-to-end IT environment across stores, office, warehouse and eCommerce, leading day-to-day operations and vendor relationships.

This hands-on role covers IT operations, network & security, MS Business Central, Power BI, and Shopify, with GDPR and PCI-DSS compliance. 4 days onsite in Dublin West, 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT operations with senior escalation experience in a multi-site setting.
• Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, switching/WiFi, Windows endpoints/servers, Azure AD/M365.
• Practical admin experience with Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, and Shopify.
• Proven track record managing MSPs/vendors and delivering upgrades across multiple locations.
• Solid grasp of backup/DR, security hardening, and GDPR/PCI-DSS compliance.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations & support across stores, office, warehouse and eCommerce.
• Network, security & infrastructure management, including VPNs and firewalls.
• Own the Microsoft Business Central environment and related apps.
• Vendor & MSP management for third-party services and POS vendors.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and oversee PCI-DSS controls for payments.
• Lead projects and continuous improvement for store openings and refreshes.
