Job summary

Evara Ireland is seeking an IT Support Administrator to join our IT Support Team. You will be the go-to person for on-site and hardware queries, manage desk setups, and act as onsite smart hands for our MSP.

You will monitor daily IT operations, coordinate installations, upgrades, and procurement of hardware/software, and maintain internal IT architecture and controls. You should be ready to climb under desks and handle ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• IT qualification or relevant IT support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Copilot.
• Experience with SharePoint Online.
• Good understanding of networking and wireless technologies.
• Strong customer service experience with a passion for service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to person for on-site and hardware queries.
• Distribute time among sites and be the face of the IT team.
• Provide IT desk set up and hot desks IT maintenance.
• Act as onsite smart hands for our managed services provider.
• Build strong relationships with employees through professional communication and updates.
• Proactively monitor and maintain daily IT operations, including routers, software, OS, and Copilot.
• Coordinate installation, upgrade and ongoing maintenance of IT systems.
• Assess, select, and procure new hardware and software as required.
