Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking an experienced IT Support Administrator to join a busy IT team. The role supports employees across multiple Dublin sites, handling desk setups, hardware queries and hands-on troubleshooting.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Azure and SharePoint Online, coordinate installations, maintain documentation and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A full driving license and willingness to travel between offices are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT support to a busy user base.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for on-site IT and hardware queries.
• Provide IT desk set-ups, hot desk maintenance and onsite technical support.
• Serve as the onsite “smart hands” for the MSP.
• Build relationships with employees through professional communication and customer service.
• Coordinate installation, upgrades and maintenance of IT systems.
