Job summary
OpenAI is seeking an experienced EMEA Regional IT Support Lead based in Dublin to own the Dublin office and coordinate regional IT support across the EMEA region. You will supervise frontline support, onboarding/offboarding, AV readiness, and vendor management while driving scalable IT workflows across offices and time zones.
You should be highly customer-focused, technically strong, and capable of delivering hands-on support in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in macOS and Windows with device management.
- Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Experience configuring AV and collaboration systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication; explain tech clearly.
Responsibilities
- Own EMEA IT Support end-to-end across regions.
- Lead regional support coordination across offices and time zones.
- Own onboarding/offboarding, device prep, and day-one support.
- Drive AV and event readiness for meetings and events.
- Manage vendors, inventory, procurement, and device mgmt.
- Partner on office build and workplace tech initiatives.
- Improve support systems with documentation and automation.
- Provide executive and white-glove support when needed.
- Collaborate with OpenAI teams and align stakeholders.
