Job summary

eir business talent seeks an IT Support Engineer for a permanent on-site role in Baldoyle, Dublin 13. You will act as the primary on-site contact for IT support requests and provide first line support for hardware, software, and user access issues.

The role focuses on supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365, logging and resolving tickets in Freshdesk, and maintaining device and asset management. On-site collaboration with business users is essential.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years' experience in an IT support, systems or applications role.
Strong experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
Experience using ticketing or service desk systems.
On-site work in Baldoyle, Dublin 13.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary on site point of contact for IT support requests.
Provide first line support for hardware, software, access and application issues.
Support Windows based devices, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
Log, manage and resolve tickets using Freshdesk IT service desk system.
Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and communication.
Deliver a responsive, professional and user focused IT support service.
