Job summary

Tierneys provides IT solutions and support to hospitality and SME clients across Ireland. The role involves monitoring, triaging and resolving cloud security tickets, assisting with Secure Score reporting and vulnerability checks, and handling managed services tickets.

You will configure workshop hardware, support technical projects, perform regular platform and security checks, liaise with engineers and customers, and maintain accurate records while pursuing continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate in IT or relevant certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and resolve cloud security tickets.
• Assist with Secure Score reporting and vulnerability checks.
• Review and respond to managed services tickets and backups.
