Job summary

Securitas Ireland is seeking a Global Security Systems Service Desk Analyst to ensure the stability of enterprise physical security platforms. You will own incidents from intake to resolution, coordinating with field technicians and engineering teams to maintain high availability and service quality.

The role requires troubleshooting across access control, CCTV, and related infrastructure, with remote support as the primary mode and occasional onsite work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical support or security systems service operations.
• Experience with physical security systems (access control, CCTV).
• Proven incident management, triage, and resolution experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across software, hardware, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all incoming service requests related to physical security systems via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Perform advanced triage and root cause analysis to diagnose system issues.
• Execute remote troubleshooting and resolution, minimizing onsite dispatch where possible.
• Determine incident severity and business impact; prioritize work with SLA alignment.
• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians with proper scope, parts and information.
• Own incidents end-to-end, including follow-ups, status updates and final resolution validation.
• Monitor system health, alerts and dashboards to proactively identify issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
