Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT field or desktop support experience.
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting and end-user support.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP.
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Deliver desk-side support for Windows, and ideally macOS/Linux.
- Perform Smart Hands tasks for network hardware.
- Assist with basic LAN/WAN networking tasks.
- Resolve end-user issues related to connectivity (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP).
- Maintain documentation and ticket updates (ServiceNow/Remedy).
- Communicate clearly with clients and teams.
- Manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professionalism.
