Job summary

PRC Recruitment Ltd on behalf of our client, a global technology and services organisation, is seeking an account manager to drive net-new business across Ireland. You will own the full inside sales cycle from prospecting to close and present an end-to-end portfolio of digital workplace and managed services solutions as strategic answers to customer challenges.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to build pipeline

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-performing B2B sales role.
• Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets.
• Experience building pipeline from scratch.
• Comfortable selling complex, solution-led offerings.
• CRM and modern sales tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own full inside sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Identify and secure net-new opportunities across markets.
• Build a high-quality sales pipeline aligned with growth.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Deliver presentations and proposals remotely and via phone/email.
• Collaborate with internal technical, delivery, and marketing teams to accelerate deal success.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Act as a brand ambassador in client interactions.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
