Job summary

Asana in Dublin is seeking a senior technical consultant to own the full delivery lifecycle for enterprise engagements across the EMEA region.

Based in our Dublin office with a hybrid schedule, you'll partner with account executives, solutions engineers, and customer success managers to scope, architect, and deliver custom solutions on the Asana platform, integrating third-party APIs and AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar).
• 5+ years of hands-on programming (Python or Node.js).
• Fluency with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration architecture.
• Experience across pre-sales and post-sales engagements delivering complex enterprise projects.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and improve solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales scoping and strategy with AEs/SEs for complex enterprise opportunities.
• Own the technical strategy for each engagement from scoping to delivery and handoff.
• Design and deliver scalable, customized solutions that integrate Asana with third-party APIs and AI workflows.
• Lead post-sales delivery from kickoff through close, writing and reviewing code and coordinating with CS Managers.
• Coordinate with Implementation Managers to maintain momentum and ensure a strong customer experience.
• Align regional delivery with global Technical Services standards and best practices.
• Identify patterns to build repeatable frameworks, tools, and assets.
