Job summary

Asana seeks a senior technical consultant to own end-to-end enterprise engagements across EMEA, from pre-sales scoping through delivery and handoff. You will design and implement custom solutions on the Asana platform, leveraging APIs and AI-powered workflows, and partner with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to drive value.

The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid, office-centric schedule (Mon Tue Thu in-office, Wed optional WFH, Fri depends on work).

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Customer Engineer)
• 5+ years hands-on programming (Python or Node.js) with REST APIs
• Experience spanning pre-sales and post-sales roles
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development and deliver smarter outcomes

Responsibilities

• Partner with AEs and SEs to scope complex enterprise engagements
• Own technical strategy from scoping to delivery and handoff
• Design and deliver scalable, customized Asana-based solutions
• Lead post-sales delivery from kickoff through close
• Coordinate with Implementation Managers to maintain momentum and ensure customer satisfaction
• Align regional delivery with global Technical Services standards
• Engage with partner ecosystems to drive consistent delivery
• Translate field insights into roadmap influence
