Job summary

Asana in Dublin is seeking a senior technical consultant to lead end-to-end enterprise engagements on the Asana platform, from pre-sales scoping and architecture to hands-on delivery and handoff. This on-site role with a hybrid schedule emphasizes collaboration with AEs, SEs, and Customer Success Managers to design scalable solutions.

You will work across EMEA, write code, advise IT leaders, and shape delivery standards, with a focus on AI-powered workflows, data migrations, and integration

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant)
• 5+ years hands-on programming (Python or Node.js)
• Deep fluency in REST APIs, webhooks, and integration architecture
• Experience across pre-sales and post-sales engagements
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development and solution design

Responsibilities

• Partner with AEs and SEs during pre-sales to scope engagements and shape deal strategy
• Own the technical strategy for engagements from scoping to delivery
• Design and deliver scalable, AI-powered integrations within the Asana platform
• Lead post-sales delivery from kickoff to close and ensure customer value
• Coordinate with Implementation Managers to maintain momentum and delivery standards
