Asana in Dublin is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join a newly formed team delivering Asana Service Management to IT and service teams. You will partner with the incubation Account Executive to build repeatable technical plays that scale across Asana's field organization and translate customer pain points into practical solution designs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong discovery skills to uncover workflows, constraints, decision criteria, and success metrics.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and whiteboard sessions for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation for IT and service team opportunities from discovery through proof, demo, and close.
• Develop deep understanding of IT/service management workflows and map to Asana Service Management.
• Translate customer pain points into practical solution designs and business value narratives for IT leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations positioning Asana within customer tech landscape.
• Build repeatable demo assets and technical collateral to scale the field organization.
