Job summary

Asana is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join a ground-floor team bringing Command by Asana to product development and engineering teams. The role partners with an AE and cross-functional teammates to create repeatable technical plays that scale across Asana's field organization.

You’ll lead discovery, technical validation, and solution design while collaborating with AEs, CSMs, and core Solutions Engineers to support both net-new and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar client-facing tech roles.
• Strong understanding of Engineering/product development personas and workflows.
• Experience with AI coding agents and modern development environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, validation, and solution designs with customers.
• Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations for technical and exec audiences.
• Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, Product, and Sales leadership to drive outcomes.
• Translate customer pain points into practical solution designs and value narratives.
• Advise on solution architecture, integrations, and deployment approaches.
• Build repeatable demos and collateral to scale field execution.
