Job summary
Asana is seeking a driven Solutions Engineer to join a new go-to-market motion, partnering with Account Executives to scale technical plays for engineering teams. You will help shape the product’s demos, architecture, and GTM approach while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Asana.
This role supports Ireland-based customers with optional remote work or Dublin-based hybrid arrangements, emphasizing discovery, technical validation, and customer-centric design in a fast-moving
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of engineering/product development teams and workflows.
- Experience delivering product demos and workshops to technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical validation and solution design with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and workshops for technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, and Solutions Engineers to cover net-new and expansion opportunities.
- Translate customer pain points into actionable technical plays and architectures.
- Create repeatable demo assets and technical collateral.
