Job summary

Notion seeks a Workplace Technology Operation contractor for our Dublin office. You'll support end users, manage devices, and help scale operations with automation and strong security practices.

The role is a 12–18 month fixed-term contract requiring in-office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. You’ll collaborate with Workplace, People, Security, DART, and global IT teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Hands-on workplace IT support across macOS/Windows, iOS/Android, conference room AV.
• Experience with SaaS, identity and endpoint management tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, M365, Intune, Fleet.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable on-site and remote technical support for Dublin/EMEA employees across hardware, software, connectivity, and conference room AV.
• Manage employee lifecycle and asset workflows: provisioning, inventory, procurement, returns, deprovisioning.
• Improve SOPs and self-service resources to scale support.
