Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to join our team. This role supports day-to-day IT and service operations, monitors KPIs, and provides system troubleshooting to keep services running smoothly.

You will analyse data with Power BI, produce clear reports for management, and coordinate engineering workflows to improve productivity and compliance. Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, in-office Dublin location.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Understanding of operational workflows and service environments.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Effective communication with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in IT support, service operations, or facilities coordination (desirable).

Main duties and responsibilities

• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and service performance
• Use Power BI to analyse operational data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Produce clear, structured reports for management and stakeholders to support decision-making
• Provide day-to-day IT and systems support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations
• Conduct workflow analysis, recommend data-driven improvements, and support the implementation of operational systems and digital tools
• Train and onboard engineers on systems, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance
• Schedule and coordinate engineering teams to maximise coverage, efficiency, and response times
• Manage and optimise technical workflows to improve productivity and streamline operations
• Support ongoing system improvements and process enhancements across the service function
