Job summary

CS Consulting Group Civil & Structural Engineers is seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead in Dublin City Centre. You will work closely with the IT Manager, handling end-user support, infrastructure, security, and projects in a hands-on, practical role.

The role covers Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access, assets lifecycle, and collaboration tooling. A structured career path toward IT Manager exists within a growing professional services firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in a professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience across end-user support, infrastructure and security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting for staff across the firm.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Manage hardware, assets, and lifecycle; coordinate with external providers as needed.
• Maintain and improve security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
