Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a proactive Service Desk Analyst to join the IT Operations team in Dublin. You will be the on-site technical point of contact and bridge handoffs between Dublin, Australia, and the US East Coast, performing end-to-end deskside support, hardware provisioning, local inventory management, and access support for CAD/PLM tools with US engineering collaboration.

Qualifications

1–3+ years in IT Service Desk, Deskside or IT Technician role.
Hands-on troubleshooting of PC/Apple hardware, Windows 10/11, macOS and Linux.
Ability to manage tickets end-to-end with minimal micromanagement.
Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems.
Excellent customer service and clear communication.
On-site 5 days a week in Dublin with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

Own, triage, resolve, and eliminate L1/L2 tickets via Jira Service Management.
Image, configure, deploy, repair, and retire endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Deskside and office support for the Dublin hub, setting up new-hire workstations.
Support follow-the-sun escalations across time zones (APAC → EMEA → US).
Maintain accurate local hardware inventory, RMAs, e-waste disposition, and secure peripherals.
Support license assignment and first-line troubleshooting for core software (M365, Adobe, Lucid, Slack) and engineering tools.
Create knowledge base articles and SOPs for internal IT.
Travel to other regional offices (e.g., London, Amsterdam) as needed.
