Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a proactive Service Desk Analyst to join the IT Operations team in Dublin. You will be the on-site technical point of contact and bridge handoffs between Dublin, Australia, and the US East Coast, performing end-to-end deskside support, hardware provisioning, local inventory management, and access support for CAD/PLM tools with US engineering collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in IT Service Desk, Deskside or IT Technician role.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of PC/Apple hardware, Windows 10/11, macOS and Linux.
• Ability to manage tickets end-to-end with minimal micromanagement.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• On-site 5 days a week in Dublin with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Own, triage, resolve, and eliminate L1/L2 tickets via Jira Service Management.
• Image, configure, deploy, repair, and retire endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Deskside and office support for the Dublin hub, setting up new-hire workstations.
• Support follow-the-sun escalations across time zones (APAC → EMEA → US).
• Maintain accurate local hardware inventory, RMAs, e-waste disposition, and secure peripherals.
• Support license assignment and first-line troubleshooting for core software (M365, Adobe, Lucid, Slack) and engineering tools.
• Create knowledge base articles and SOPs for internal IT.
• Travel to other regional offices (e.g., London, Amsterdam) as needed.
