Job summary

Engage People Recruitment in Dublin is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join a busy technology team. This hands-on, business-facing role will take ownership of day-to-day IT operations while working closely with users, internal technology teams and external providers.

This position is onsite five days a week. You will own incidents and requests, support Microsoft 365, Windows, end‑user devices, networks and hardware, and manage asset lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Operations, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support or Service Delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware and networking.
• Experience working with ITSM / ticketing processes including Incident, Request and Change Management.

• Experience in IT Operations, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support or Service Delivery.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, hardware and networking.
• Experience working with ITSM / ticketing processes including Incident, Request and Change Management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Confident dealing with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, cybersecurity, asset management or Disaster Recovery is a plus.
• Financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
