Solas IT Recruitment is seeking an IT / Customer Support (Entry Level) in Dublin 12. This full-time, on-site role offers a starting salary of €30–€35k.

No prior IT experience is required; full training will be provided to develop skills in customer service, administration, reporting and basic technical support. You’ll be joining an established technology provider serving the supply chain and logistics sector, learning how mobile devices are managed for business environments and progressing

Location: Dublin 12 (full time on-site)

We have an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career within the technology sector. You'll be joining an established technology company providing mobile computing solutions to customers across the supply chain and logistics industry. No previous IT experience is required. We're looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with customers and has a genuine interest in technology. Full training will be provided. The position combines customer service, administration, reporting and basic technical support, making it an ideal first step into a career in IT.

Training & Development

Full training will be provided, allowing you to gradually develop your knowledge of Android devices, mobile technology, IT support and device management. You'll also have the opportunity to work towards Android Enterprise certifications as your technical knowledge develops.
