Job summary

Solas IT Recruitment is seeking an IT / Customer Support (Entry Level) in Dublin 12. This full-time, on-site role offers a starting salary of €30–€35k.

No prior IT experience is required; full training will be provided to develop skills in customer service, administration, reporting and basic technical support. You’ll be joining an established technology provider serving the supply chain and logistics sector, learning how mobile devices are managed for business environments and progressing

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers and responding to queries
• Coordinating and scheduling mobile device updates
• Keeping customers informed on progress and timelines
• Maintaining accurate customer and device records
• Updating spreadsheets and preparing basic reports
• Coordinating schedules with internal technical teams
• Following up with customers after work has been completed
• Escalating technical queries to the appropriate team
• Assisting with basic Android device setup and configuration
• Learning how mobile devices are managed and supported within business environments
