Aufgaben

• Act as the focal point for a portfolio of payroll clients, delivering high-quality service.
• Process end-to-end Irish payrolls with varying headcounts and complexities.
• Host governance calls with clients to review performance and improvements.
• Keep payroll manuals current and reflect updated processes.
• Prepare payroll calendars and checklists; ensure correct checks on every payroll.
• Answer client queries, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed.
• Prepare ROS submissions and handle Revenue queries on clients' behalf.
• Deliver excellent customer service and keep clients informed of status.
• Communicate risks promptly and propose mitigations to the client and managers.
• Be a collaborative team player supporting colleagues across the department.
