Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is recruiting a Payroll Administrator for a central Dublin retail client. You will manage Irish payroll for about 350 employees, with UK payroll support as needed, reporting to the Payroll Manager.

Duties include end-to-end payroll processing, manual calculations, starter/leaver setup, handling pay queries, audits and reports, cross-department queries, and assisting with benefits and tax advice.

Qualifications

• Experience handling end-to-end payroll for a large workforce.
• Knowledge of Irish payroll and related tax regulations.
• Ability to respond to payroll queries accurately.

Responsibilities

• Full end-to-end payroll processing for ~350 employees.
• Manual calculations as part of payroll workflows.
• Setup of new starters and processing of leavers.
• Handle all pay-related queries from staff.
• Conduct audits and reviews of payroll data.
• Generate reports and perform cross-referencing.
• Answer cross-department payroll questions.
• Assist with benefits and tax advice.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your main focus will cover all aspects processing for 350 employees on and Irish and UK payroll. This role focuses on Irish Payroll processing, advice and provides company training.
