Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join our South Dublin office. The role focuses on fortnightly payroll processing, with responsibilities across payroll data validation, system updates and reporting.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Irish payroll, Revenue requirements, and strong Excel skills. This position also supports the Finance Department with administrative duties and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience processing Irish payroll.
  • Good working knowledge of Irish payroll taxation and Revenue requirements.
  • Experience processing fortnightly payroll; monthly payroll experience desirable.
  • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
  • Ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Process the Company’s fortnightly payroll accurately and on time using CollSoft and OneTouch.
  • Review and verify employee hours, rates of pay, holidays, absences, allowances, deductions, and other payroll information.
  • Process payroll for a large workforce, ensuring employee changes are reflected accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
  • Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare payroll reports using Excel and relevant formulas.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and support correction of errors.
  • Support Revenue payroll submissions and other statutory requirements.
