Job summary

Portfolio Group's client in central Dublin is hiring a Payroll Administrator to join the team. The role focuses on Irish payroll processing for 350 employees and includes advice and training within the payroll function.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will handle end-to-end payroll tasks, from new starters to leavers, respond to queries, conduct audits, and support benefits and tax guidance. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll for multiple employees.
• Knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and tax rules.
• Ability to answer payroll queries and provide guidance.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Full end to end payroll processing for 350 employees.
• Manual calculations and data validation.
• Set up new starters and processing leavers.
• Handle all pay queries and audits.
• Produce reports and cross-reference data.
• Collaborate with other departments on payroll matters.

My client is a fantastic retail brand in central Dublin area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.

Key Duties/Tasks:

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your main focus will cover all aspects processing for 350 employees on and Irish and UK payroll. This role focuses on Irish Payroll processing, advice and provides company training.

The role:

• Full end to end payroll
• Manual Calculations
• Setting up new starters and processing leavers
• Handling all pay queries
• Audits and reviews
• Reports, checking cross referencing
• Cross department query handling
• Assist with benefits and tax advice
