Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative in Ireland to drive revenue by prospecting and generating leads. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and help turn prospects into qualified meetings for Account Executives.

You’ll build Irish hospitality market knowledge, qualify leads with BANT, and maintain Salesforce records while working from Dublin or Cork. Growth, energy, and a collaborative Lightspeed culture await.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or call centre environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage businesses within the ICP using cold calling as primary channel.
• Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Build knowledge of the Irish hospitality industry to inform outreach.
• Research high-potential prospects using market data.
• Qualify leads using BANT framework.
• Book meetings and demos, ensuring smooth handover to AEs.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
