Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Senior Field Account Executive to join our founding Irish Hospitality team.

You will build strong relationships across your region, guiding hospitality businesses through Lightspeed solutions to ensure sustainable growth from discovery to advocacy. You will manage complex, high-velocity sales cycles, exceed monthly MRR targets, and represent Lightspeed at events while maintaining a rigorous Salesforce pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-performance field or outbound sales experience.
• Deep understanding of the hospitality industry is ideal.
• Advanced in sales development best practice - building pipelines and territory planning.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding aggressive MRR targets and regional market-share expansion.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an advanced understanding of the Dublin hospitality landscape to spot trends and opportunities.
• Leverage market research to shape territory sales plans.
• Manage complex and high-velocity sales cycles from discovery to negotiations and onboarding.
• Outperform monthly MRR targets by focusing on high-LTV accounts and portfolio expansion.
• Guide clients from needs analysis through proposals, contracts, and onboarding.
• Deliver high-impact presentations and live demos translating Lightspeed’s capabilities into business outcomes.
• Maintain a rigorous Salesforce pipeline and update the team accordingly.
• Spearhead outbound initiatives and represent Lightspeed at industry events to build a strong pipeline.
