Qualifications

• 3+ years of field or outbound sales experience.
• Track record in complex, solution-based sales (tech/SaaS or hospitality).
• Strong understanding of hospitality landscape and segments.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep Dublin hospitality market knowledge.
• Shape territory sales plans using market insights.
• Manage complex, high-velocity sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Outperform monthly MRR targets with a focus on high-LTV accounts.
• Lead proposals, contracts, and onboarding with clients.
• Deliver compelling presentations and live product demos.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and update the team.
• Represent Lightspeed at industry events to build a strong pipeline.
